Club Volleyball 2023-24

If you are interested in booking me during the club volleyball season this year then you are in the right place. Sadly, for the time being, I am going to be covering the greatest athletes in the world on my own. By greatest athletes in the world, I clearly mean these volleyball girls. They are the greatest!

Each month I will be attending at least one tournament and will have 8-10 spots available for individual clients. I will be working for Toledo Volleyball Club so, to ensure they have my attention, I must limit the amount of individual athletes I take on per tournament. With that being said, one month before a tournament, I will be dropping a google form to sign up to book me. All information you will need will be in that form.

2. Look at my schedule and pick a tournament you want to book me for.

Included in your booking of Smooth Wave is a minimum of 15 photos of the athlete. High quality, edited photos that are ready to print for any occasion you may need.

Videos

Included in your book of Smooth Wave is one highlight video, 30-90 seconds in length featuring the best plays from the tournament of the athelte.

Frequently Asked Questions

Refundable Deposits

I will be requiring a deposit on each booking because if for some reason you no longer want my services, your booking took someone else's spot. If cancellation is given within 72 hours of the tournament starting, I will refund your deposit but any time later than that, your deposit will not be refunded.

Refunds will be given...

• If your daughter gets injured and cannot compete

• If you or your daughter experience travel problems and cannot make it to the tournament

• If your daughter gets sick and does not attend the tournament

Refunds will NOT be given...

• If your daughter is benched

• If your daughter has a bad game

When do I need to send in full payment?

Collection of the remaining balance is required three-days before the tournament. If you would like to pay the full thing up-front you certainly can.

If I am paying with online method of payment, what should be in the memo section?

Please put your daughters first and last name, their full team name and the tournament name.

Turnaround Time

Typical turnaround time for photos is 3-5 days. Typical turnaround time for videos is 10-14 days.

Payment Options

Payment will be accepted via cash, check, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App.

How will items be delivered?

Photos will be delivered via a link to an online gallery where you can download Hi-Res images and order prints if you want. Videos will be delivered via a google drive link to a folder with your daughters name on it.

Who picks the song?

Songs can be chosen by your daughter. I will always try to locate the clean version of the song they chose, if I cannot locate it, I will ask that they chose a different song.

Can I add HUDL video?

HUDL video is not a high enough quality in comparison to the camera I use. With that being said, no, I will not add HUDL videos to the videos I deliver. Trust me when I tell you, you will appreciate that.

How much will it cost?

The price will change depending on the tournament, refer to the google form for that tournament to see the price.

What is your typical camera & lens setup?

For photo I typically use a SONY a7iv with a SONY 70-200mm G-Master lens.

For video I typically use a CINEMA LINE SONY FX3 with a SONY 70-200mm G-Master lens.

Will you post the video or photos on your page?

Every photo I take and video I make can be used for marketing for me if I would like. If your daughter wants to utilize the collab feature on Instagram she certainly can. I would be willing to accept as long as the cover photo of the video is a photo that I took and not a screen grab from the video. If that is confusing, please reach out to me.

Can I book you at a tournament?

The process of booking:

• Fill out google form online

• Submit deposit

• Receive confirmation from Smooth Wave

• Pay final dues 72-hours before tournament

I do not accept bookings at tournaments for the tournament we are currently at. If you want to book me for future tournaments, we can have a conversation and I will likely point you to my google form.
